Not impressed

So I paid for the app, and it started downloading, then I got a message saying that it doesnt work on iPods. So now I paid for something I dont even have. It didnt take the money off my iTunes card, it looks like I have the same balance, but when I try to buy something it says I dont have enough. Im extremely disappointed.
